Shipping policy

B2B DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY
Facility Mediation QHSE products and resources
Version 0.2 — 5 September 2026

1. Purpose and contractual priority
This policy describes the provision of digital products purchased from the Facility Mediation store. It supplements the B2B General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the licence. In the event of inconsistency, the order of precedence defined by the Terms applies.

2. Exclusively digital products
Products are supplied exclusively in digital form. No physical shipment is made. Depending on the offer, delivery may include DOCX, XLSX, PDF or PNG files, archives, links, access to a digital space, or a combination of these elements.

3. Conditions for delivery
Delivery takes place after:
• verification or acceptance of the CLIENT’s professional eligibility;
• formation of the order;
• acceptance of the Terms and licence;
• confirmation of payment, unless special terms apply;
• necessary security or fraud checks.
An order that is pending, refused, cancelled, disputed or not validated does not trigger delivery.

4. Methods of provision
Depending on the configuration and product, delivery is made by one or more of the following means:
• secure link on the order confirmation or status page;
• email sent to the contact provided;
• download from an authorised professional account;
• access granted to a digital space or workspace;
• secure manual transmission where provided for.
The channel actually used and the instructions are stated on the product page, in the confirmation or in the delivery message.

5. Delivery times
For products with automatic delivery, provision takes place after validation of the order and payment, subject to the technical processing times of service providers. For access or products requiring intervention, the period stated on the product page, quotation or order confirmation applies.
In the event of an unusual delay, the CLIENT contacts Facility Mediation with the order number.

6. Email address and account
The CLIENT is responsible for the accuracy of the email address, organisation, account and professional information provided. The CLIENT checks spam folders and protects its credentials.
Facility Mediation may request additional verification before reissuing a link, changing the delivery address or transferring access.

7. Download, availability and backup
The CLIENT downloads, checks and backs up the files as soon as they are made available. Unless expressly undertaken, the duration of the licence does not entail permanent hosting or unlimited maintenance of the download link.
The period of availability, number of downloads or duration of access are those stated on the product page, in the order or in the delivery message. The CLIENT retains a secure copy and, for editable files, a source copy before customisation.

8. Technical difficulty
In the event of no access, a defective link, a corrupted file or missing content, the CLIENT writes to contact@facility-mediation.com stating:
• identity, organisation and the address used;
• order number and product;
• the issue observed;
• where useful, a screenshot containing no complete banking data.
After verification, Facility Mediation may reissue the link, restore access, correct or replace the file. Cancellation or refund requests are handled in accordance with the Terms and the B2B Commercial Policy.

9. Compatibility and prerequisites
The CLIENT has the software, equipment, rights and connections required to open and use the announced formats. Different rendering in software or a version not announced as compatible does not necessarily constitute a product defect.

10. Security and licence
Links, access and files are reserved for the entity and authorised users. They may not be shared, resold, publicly distributed or transmitted to third parties beyond the rights granted by the licence.
Facility Mediation may suspend a link or access in the event of a security risk, fraud or unauthorised distribution, under the conditions provided for in the Terms and licence.

11. Evidence of delivery
Facility Mediation may retain logs of sending, provision, access and downloading that are necessary for performance of the order, security and evidence, for the periods stated in the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
