For organisations seeking more operational support, with regular on-site presence and in-depth work between interventions.

8 on-site days — one day per week on the standard basis;
8 remote 2-hour sessions — one session per week;
document pack corresponding to the scope included;
scoping and diagnostic / current-state assessment;
roadmap and milestones;
process and documentation work;
deployment, final review and 90-day action plan.

The eight-week duration is a standard reference basis. It is adjusted if the size of the organisation, number of sites or system complexity requires a different pace.

A structured method, from assessment to improvement

Depending on the assignment, our support follows a progressive approach:

Assessment — current situation, existing practices, data and gaps to address.
Roadmap — priorities, milestones and action plan.
Processes & documentation — adapting tools and documents to the organisation's actual operations.
Deployment — supporting actions, management reviews and validating progress.
Review & improvement — checking results, identifying remaining actions and defining next steps.

The management rhythm is agreed during scoping. For Premium assignments, the combination of on-site and remote work enables the consultant to gather data in the field and then develop documents, analyses and recommendations between interventions.
